Primary purpose of the job: (Kingdom Wide)
•
To lead the overall Human Capital/Resources
function for the organization.
•
To serve as a strategic partner, an employee
sponsor or advocate, and a change agent,
mentor & coach.
•
To contribute to the development of and the
accomplishment of the organization-wide
business plan and objectives.
•
To champion the identification of the
organization’s mission, vision, values, and
bold goals in order to promote the overall
success of the organization.
•
To educate the organization about HR
capabilities and potential contributions.
Principal
accountabilities: (Kingdom Wide)
•
Consult in a partnership role, with
management, to develop effective HR
strategies, and to assure optimum delivery
of all required and requested HR services in
support of business needs.
•
Support the Directors & Managers to design
of work positions; recruitment; hiring;
staff retention; compensation and benefit
administration; employee relations;
recognition, reward, and strategic pay;
performance development and appraisal
systems; career and succession planning.
•
Develop and sustain HR Policies that create
a work environment in which people will
choose to be motivated, contributing and
satisfied.
•
Foster effective methods of goal setting,
communication, and empowerment through
responsibility to build employee ownership
of the organization.
•
Assist with establishing the organizational
culture and climate in which people have the
competency, concern, and commitment to serve
customers well.
•
Provide employee development programs,
employee assistance programs, incentives
schemes, due process approaches to problem
solving, and regularly scheduled
communication opportunities.
•
Assist the managers obtain 360 degrees
feedback and develop action plans to
increase their capacities as leaders.
Additional
responsibilities:
-
Financial responsibility of preparing,
reconciling, reviewing and maintaining
HR Management Reports, Annual Budget and
Capital Expenditure.

The constant evaluation
of the effectiveness of the organization
results in the need for the HR
Professional to frequently champion
change.
